The green bar fencing in Charters took the rear bottom bracket of my awning off my van. After several days of discussion and everyone being busy, it was organised for me to bring it into the workshop for repair. No time made but received a text saying to phone in the morning prior to arrival to ensure someone was there. After packing up the van, I needed to tape and tie down the awning arm to prevent further damage and had 20 mins travel time and so then I rang as requested. Then it was sorry, Jamie is at work.....cant do it now until 4.00. Not so easy to untie and once more set up the pop top to then reaffix for travel again at 4 in the afternooon and it looked like he was going to over charge me. Seems like my job just wasnt worth finding time for........Oh I can see you did have time to respond however! What motivation would I have to be dishonest? Oh thats right a biz messed me around. Dodgy Dealz on Deane!! I drove down the road and a man with a drill fixed it for free - it took 20 minutes. Other repairers seem to be able to multitask a whole yard of jobs according to priority and what has already been organised! Anyway 2 Jayco dealers quoted me 100.00 but for Jamie to take a break from his other business lines was going to cost me $300.00. People will work ot out for themselves.....

Travelling in our caravan we had a problem with our fridge. Could not get any help so headed for Charters Towers and found Dealz on Deane so glad we did. Nothing was to much trouble for Jo and Jamie as they ordered the part days before we arrived and Jamie came out to the caravan park to fix it for us. Great service and pleasant to deal with.
