I have never been more disgusted in a business. I ordered at 7.30 pm, was told a 20 minute wait, which was fine, still waiting at 8.15, called 4 times between 8.15 and 9 pm inquiring about my order, was assured it was on it's way. I finally called just afer 9 and cancelled my order, i had 5 kids all waiting to be fed. No apologies, no offer of any sort of compensation for the inconvenience, pathetic custom service, just pathetic! !
Ive had a few cheese pizzas that are mostly liquid and slosh around the box before even getting home. Crust is wet and pulls chunks of the pizza box up with it. Chicken wings are just oil and when i paid extra for more saracha sauce, they just gave me sweet chili instead. They also take forever to make the pizza. I once had to wait an extra 45 minutes after waiting the half an hour to go pick it up like the website said. Never ordering from there again.
